Casey Young, CPA
Casey is a Certified Public Accountant who received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Davenport University. He has been a long-time member of the AICPA, MACPA, the Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. (ABC), the American Subcontractors Association, and the Construction Financial Management Association. He founded Stonehenge Consulting, PLC in 2004, and prior to that, worked for a local CPA Firm for 10 years. He has also held a Director of Finance position with a privately-held business, and has been working in the Financial / Accounting field since 1994.
Career Highlights
Casey has developed and raised capital to manage a Payroll Service Bureau that started in 2008 and has grown to be known as a major player in the State of Michigan. With offices located in Grand Rapids and Auburn Hills, they have clients that expand as far west as California. They are currently looking to expand into Canada and additional regions.
He has also developed and implemented a Prevailing Wage Trust for the benefit of unemployed workers as a qualified fringe benefit plan to the Construction Industry.
Strengths
Casey is an out of the box thinker with the creativity and innovativeness to incorporate tax, accounting, and financial laws with the needs of a business--unlike other peers. Most recently, he has accomplished this with the integration of payroll and insurance to close the loop to a financing package of benefits.

Lisa Wisniewski, CPA, CFE
Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant who received both her Bachelors of Business Administration and Masters in Accounting from Davenport University. She has been a long-time member of the AICPA, MACPA and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Lisa has been active in the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) by serving as a board member, treasurer and assisting with several committees and fundraising activities. Over the years, she has practiced almost exclusively in the construction arena; however, she is also familiar with insurance agencies, auto repair facilities, restaurants and manufacturing entities. She has extensive knowledge in QuickBooks and Peachtree and has held a Certified Pro Advisor Certificate. Prior to practicing as a CPA, Lisa worked in the accounting department of a private company. She became a Partner of the Firm in 2014.
Staff Accountant
Lisa Rozegnal, CPA
Lisa joined our Firm in 2007. Her responsibilities include business tax return and financial statement preparation, payroll and bookkeeping. Prior to joining Stonehenge Consulting, she worked for three years in public accounting, for ten years as a controller for a tool and die company, and also has experience in the not-for-profit sector. Lisa holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Aquinas College.

Christi Howard, EA
Christi is an Enrolled Agent who has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Davenport University. She has 20 years of experience in accounting, payroll and bookkeeping at various private companies ranging from manufacturing to service based industries. For the past 10 years, Christi has been working in public accounting. Christi’s area of expertise includes preparing financial statements, tax planning and business tax preparation for small to mid-sized businesses.

Molly Stanley, EA
Molly is an Enrolled Agent who received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting major) from Central Michigan University. She has been a tax preparer since 2000. She specializes in complex personal, small business, trust, gift, and private foundation tax return preparation. Molly also manages several accounting and payroll clients. Prior to working in the tax arena, Molly worked for 13 years as a National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, an agency within the U.S. Treasury Department.

Christy Wagner
Christy is our Administrative Assistant. She comes to our firm with 12 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Davenport University. Christy's responsibilities include the processing of all the tax returns and financial statements as well as greeting clients who call or visit.

Bonnie Sherman
Bonnie joined our firm in July 2014. She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting, and a graduate of Keller Graduate School of Management with a Master in Science in Accounting. Prior to joining Stonehenge Consulting, Bonnie had 7 years of professional experience in public accounting and 14 years of experience in private industry holding the positions of Director of Accounting and Finance for a large healthcare physician group and Controller for an IT service provider and a non-profit group.
She enjoys working with closely held businesses and assisting them with their overall business needs including auditing, reviews, compilations, tax planning, practice management and benchmarking. She has also helped in the areas of forensic and business valuation services to our clients. Bonnie assists clients in a variety of industries including distribution, medical, construction, and service providers.
Bonnie was born and raised in West Michigan and currently lives in Byron Center. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and being outdoors with family and friends.

Wendy is a graduate of Penn State University. She has over 30 years of accounting and tax return preparation experience, including over 20 years at one of the largest tax preparation companies in the country. Wendy specializes in personal and small business tax return preparation and planning.

Amber Tiller, CPA
Amber holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting, both from Grand Valley State University. She has 15 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors with roles in audits, reviews, taxes, personal and corporate accounting, and management. She specializes in controllership duties and has worked in the non-profit, real estate, distribution, payroll service, and healthcare industries.

Megan Hoekstra
Megan started as an intern with our firm in January of 2015, and then later joined our team as a staff associate. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with her Bachelors in Accounting. In her college studies, she was selected to participate in several leadership programs. She is currently continuing her education and is pursuing her CPA license. Megan was born and raised in Hudsonville, Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Keith Harris
Keith joined our firm in February 2015 and brings vast experience in business development, client relations, networking and marketing. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University with Bachelor’s Degrees in both Interpersonal Public Communication and Economics.
Throughout his career, he has completed 2 management schools of banking along with various educational programs in leadership, sales, marketing and customer service. He has over 27 years of experience in the West Michigan banking industry and also has experience in the construction and engineering industry. He served as the Director of the Byron Center Chamber of Commerce for 2 years as well. His primary responsibilities are to develop long term relationships with existing and prospective clients along with center of influence networking. With his extensive banking experience, he is also able to form key banking relationships for our clients. Keith is currently a member of various organizations in West Michigan including the Construction Financial Management Association-West Michigan Chapter, Byron Center Chamber of Commerce, Cutlerville-Gaines Chamber of Commerce and the Caledonia Area Chamber of Commerce.

Erin VanderSlik, CPA
Erin graduated from Cornerstone University with a Bachelors in Accounting in 2013. She joined Stonehenge Consulting, PLC as a tax season intern in January 2013, and was hired as a Staff Accountant in May 2013. Erin’s responsibilities include preparing business tax returns and financial statements, as well as bookkeeping. She is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She has been a volunteer tax preparer in the past with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

Bill Cowles, EA
Bill is an Enrolled Agent who joined Stonehenge Consulting PLC in January 2017. He has practiced in public accounting since 1983 after receiving his Degree in Business Administration (Accounting major) from Davenport University. During all these years, Bill has enjoyed working with clients of local firms and large international public accounting firms.
Bill’s experience includes: individual, business and non-profit tax return preparation and review, completion and review of client financial statements, performing monthly accounting and payroll processing. He is also proficient with QuickBooks accounting software and various fixed asset programs. Bill is always looking to help clients legally minimize their tax obligations, and grow and strengthen their businesses.

Nikki joined Stonehenge Consulting, PLC in 2007 as our Firm Administrator. She comes to our firm with seven years of experience with the largest local financial services company. Her responsibilities include managing multiple professionals and helping with strategic marketing programs and handling all day to day activities for the Firm.
