Tax Manager

  • Role and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.

    • Mentor and supervise a team of tax professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.

    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored tax planning strategies.

    • Stay current on tax legislation changes and proactively implement strategies for clients.

    • Collaborate with firm leadership to onboard new clients and contribute to the firm’s growth.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • Active CPA certification is required.

    • Minimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.

    • Proven leadership skills with experience managing client relationships.

Tax Senior

  • Role and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.

    • Perform research on complex tax issues and offer strategic tax planning solutions for clients.

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively anticipating their needs and delivering expert tax advice.

    • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

    • Collaborate with other teams to standardize processes and maintain efficient workflows.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • CPA license or progress toward certification required.

    • Minimum of 3 years of tax experience in a public accounting environment.

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Assurance Associate

  • Role and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate within engagement teams to deliver high-quality audit, review, and compilation services for clients in the manufacturing, construction, and nonprofit sectors.

    • Participate in all phases of assurance engagements, including planning, control testing, substantive procedures, and reporting.

    • Assess internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement.

    • Prepare financial statements, audit workpapers, and management reports.

    • Actively engage with clients to understand and mitigate risks effectively.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • CPA license or progress toward certification required.

    • Prior audit experience preferred.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
